After graduating from George Mason University with a B.A. in Mathematics, Rick started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in 1994 as a do-it-all loan officer for a small mortgage broker.  Early in his career, Rick focused on building a strong rapport with the US Armed Forces as well as servicing the largest financial planning organization to the military.  Rick has consistently been a top producer along with managing a highly motivated team.  Rick’s business is fueled by his military contacts, top producing realtors, and active management of his 10,000+ database.

The Mission of The Elmendorf Team is to manage, serve, and promote successful Home Ownership.  The mortgage process should not be difficult or intrusive, but rather flow from start to finish with little interruption into the lives of the customer.  The mortgage will be actively managed during the process and after the closing making sure it always fits within the short and long term financial objectives of our customer.
