Pat has been originating mortgages for over 16 years in the Annapolis, Baltimore and DC areas.  He has specialized in first time home buyers, new construction and construction/perm loans.  Customers often compliment Pat for making the process understandable, transparent and easy – recently a first time home buyer commented, “We could have never done it without you.”

Born in Washington DC and raised in College Park, Pat and his wife Janet moved to Davidsonville in 1996.  He attended DeMatha Catholic HS graduating with honors and varsity letters in 4 sports.  He earned a Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Bucknell University where he played both basketball and served as Captain of the golf team.  He played on the first Bucknell Basketball Team to make the NCAA Tournament and led the golf team in winning the East Coast Conference title for two consecutive years.  In 2007, he was inducted into the DeMatha Athletic Hall of Fame. 

Pat is an avid golfer, loves to travel, and is passionate about cooking and entertaining with his friends and family.  The Moylan household includes his children, Jack and Alicia and two English Labrador Retrievers.  Pat is ready to find the mortgage that is truly right for you.
