Kris has been in the mortgage business for 13 years since his sophomore year in college. Over the years he has successfully closed over $250Million in mortgage loans. Kris has worked with all types of buyers from the first time buyer, move up buyers and those pursuing their dream home.  Kris enjoys the challenge of analyzing the borrower’s financial situation along with their financial goals to ensure that they are pursuing the best possible mortgage as part of their overall financial plan. Kris has experience in FHA, VA, Conventional, 203k, CDA, and Jumbo loans.  His experience and passion for the business make Kris a standout in the industry.

When not working, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
