His expertise is in conventional, FHA, VA, 203k renovation, State/CDA Bond money, and zero down payment loan products for home purchases, refinancing, home equity, and investment, as well as assisting those with less than perfect credit.

Derek was born in Boston, MA, grew up in Miami, FL, and has lived in the Maryland/DC area since 1999. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maryland. Derek and his wife Kari are the proud parents of two children, Karli and Zackary. Derek enjoys playing volleyball and tennis and is actively involved in the community.
