Dale Pankow has over 23 years experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry.  Dale finds that working with, and teaching, customers to understand all aspects of their credit profile plus the benefits of homeownership is most rewarding. Dale is well versed in Down Payment Assistance Programs. Dale was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.  His wife of 15 years and their three boys (triplets) moved to Hagerstown, Maryland in the spring of 2007, when he joined the First Home Mortgage family.
