Alex Jaffe is a mortgage banker in the Washington DC Metro area.  He brings to each of his interactions a great level of care and attention to detail.  For first-time home buyers, Alex happily spends extra time to make sure that his clients fully understand the home buying process and their loan.  Alex closed over $25 Million in loans in 2009 in his third year in the business and was in the top 10% of his previous company before joining First Home Mortgage.  He found everything he needed in a company with First Home, including in-house processing and a streamlined appraisal system.  Alex can offer a variety of loan programs including jumbo, FHA, Conventional, 203k and local bond programs with down payment assistance.  Alex regularly teaches first-time home buying classes for bond program certificate courses in Montgomery County.  He also is a Governor of his local alumni club for the University of Michigan as well as its fundraising chair.
